Our goal is the most efficient supply route for each order, whether that runs directly from the manufacturer or through our distribution network. Because we carry no warehouse inventory of our own, our margins are lower and that difference goes to the client. On a project the size of a 500,000 dollar roof, that can mean a savings of five to ten percent. What we add instead is the part that intimidates mainland distributors: getting materials to the islands.
Shipping, customs documentation, hazardous material handling, and island logistics are where projects stall. We have spent years learning exactly how to move materials to roughly 30 Caribbean countries and territories, and how to fix it fast when a shipment goes sideways.

The company was established in 2011. Terah leads it today, bringing a background in marketing and interior design and a consultative approach that is unusual in this industry. The family lineage in Caribbean construction runs back further still, which is where the deep regional knowledge comes from: what performs, what the codes require, and what a 30 year roof actually needs.
That combination, real construction expertise paired with a client first philosophy, is the difference between a supplier and a partner.
