Who We Serve

What belongs on your building, and why.

Architects ask us the same question: what is best for a hotel, or a port, or a government project? Here is how we answer it, and how we help you specify it once.

Specify Once
Honest Specification

We tell you what the climate actually needs.

Many products specified for Caribbean projects are chosen for the mainland, not the island. In our experience a large share of specifications call for more than the conditions require. We advocate for the project, even when it means recommending less than the original specification.

That is how trust is built with an architect who will specify us on the next ten buildings.

Our job is to make sure the client feels safe, not to sell the most expensive line on the page.

By Building Type

Matched to the building, not the catalog.

Building typeRecommended systemWhyWatch for
Hotels & Resorts FiberTite membrane on low slope areas; standing seam aluminum on accents Large roofs that cannot leak through hurricane season, with guest operations depending on it Salt air on any metal; specify coastal grade finishes
Airports & Ports FiberTite membrane High exposure and high consequence, where downtime and water intrusion are costly Wind performance is earned at installation; follow the assembly
Government & Institutional FiberTite membrane or standing seam metal, fully documented A defensible service life and complete documentation for the submittal Certification paperwork and lead times
High-End Residential FiberTite membrane on low slope sections, standing seam aluminum, or Wallaba for a natural roof Finish and longevity both matter on the coast Cistern water quality can rule out some materials
Warehouses & Industrial FiberTite membrane Large low slope areas where cost per square and reliability both count Order accuracy, given island lead times

A starting point, not a rule. Send us your project and we will confirm the right system for the exact conditions.
