FiberTite single ply membrane is manufactured by Seaman Corporation. The appointment for the Caribbean is held personally by Terah Owen, NTC’s principal, as an independent representative rather than a corporate distributorship, and there are only about a dozen independent representatives worldwide.
That matters on a submittal. It means direct manufacturer and technical support, genuine product, and the documentation a specifier needs, rather than a reseller passing questions up a chain.
