FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Straight answers to what architects, engineers, and contractors ask us before they order.

How fast can I get materials?

In stock items reach the Florida port in about three to five days. Specialized materials can run several weeks. Caribbean shipping and customs are added on top, and we confirm the full timing with your quote.

Do you install roofing?

No. NTC supplies materials and supports the specification. We provide the assembly guidance so your crew achieves the performance the system is rated for.

Are your products certified?

FiberTite and metal systems have passed Miami Dade product-approval testing, a rigorous benchmark. No Caribbean jurisdiction requires it, but it is a strong signal of quality.

What warranty comes with FiberTite?

FiberTite offers warranties on commercial systems. Manufacturer technical reps inspect at the start, middle, and end of installation, and NTC consults throughout so the project qualifies.

Why are your prices competitive?

We carry no warehouse inventory of our own, and we route each order the most efficient way, whether that is directly from the manufacturer or through our distribution network. On a large roof that structure is a meaningful difference to the client.

Which islands do you serve?

Roughly 30 Caribbean countries and territories. We handle the shipping, customs, and documentation that make island delivery difficult for mainland suppliers.

Do you extend payment terms?

Payment is due up front. It keeps our costs down and our pricing competitive, and it is the practical reality of doing business across the Caribbean.

Can you help us specify?

Yes. We work with the specifier at the design phase and will tell you honestly what the climate actually needs, even when that means recommending less than the original specification.

What happens if a shipment has a problem?

We make it a top priority and work until it is resolved. We do not promise nothing will ever go wrong. We promise we will not disappear when it does.

Do you sell to homeowners?

No. We work with architects, engineers, commercial contractors, and developers.
